I ordered flowers and they showed up fine, so no real issues there. The only thing is the communication could’ve been better. I had to call around to check on the order, and the response I got felt a little rushed. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not about as smooth as I was hoping. I’d maybe give them another try

My flowers ended up arriving later than I expected, and the part that bothered me most was not really knowing what was going on. I kept checking for updates because I just wanted some reassurance that the order was still on its way and hadn’t been forgotten.

When the flowers finally got there, they were fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But if I needed something delivered by a specific time again, I’d feel nervous using them unless I knew they were better about communication and timing.

The flowers were correct and looked nice, but the card had the wrong name on it. So overall, the order was mostly right, just a little mix-up there.

I was disappointed with the arrangement. The picture looked so nice and put together, but what showed up looked messy and nothing like what I thought I was ordering. It felt a bit like a bait and switch.

I’m not sure if I just got an unlucky batch or if they were in transit too long, but the flowers didn’t look that fresh when they arrived.
